【Behind the photo】《Chilly and Super Moon》In Toronto, I drove 80 km north to Willow Beach for sunset photography. On arrival, it was -13°C, chilly like -20°C. The beautiful beach now all covered by snow. Cars and sleds were running on the frozen lake. Walking on the stone embankment, I felt bitter cold and my toes frozen tingling.

Disappearance of a beautiful scene 消失了的美景
【Ontario Yours to Discover】《Disappearance of a beautiful scene》: In June 2011, I took the photographs of a beautiful farm on 16th Avenue near Kennedy Avenue in Toronto. The small houses and the wide green field were attractive and lovely. In September 2012, I went to the same location to capture the last face of the farm before it was turned to a residential estate. Today, I went again for an update of the progress of the construction site and saw some new houses were built. The beautiful scene of the farm has gone forever.Thursday, August 21, 2014

That night, the cloudy sky was not good for moon photography! August 10, 2014 is another great chance to capture the imminent super moon. Super moon is the moon at perigee with the closest point of 356,955 kilometers to Earth in its orbit – one that is up to 14 per cent bigger and 30 per cent brighter than a regular full moon.
