【Behind the photo】《Chilly and Super Moon》In Toronto, I drove 80 km north to Willow Beach for sunset photography. On arrival, it was -13°C, chilly like -20°C. The beautiful beach now all covered by snow. Cars and sleds were running on the frozen lake. Walking on the stone embankment, I felt bitter cold and my toes frozen tingling.

I am very happy to have lunch with erhu virtuoso and professor of the Central Conservatory of Music maestro Liu Chang-fu and his wife in Toronto. The first meeting with Professor Liu and his wife in Toronto was 15 years ago.

I climbed up the ramp to the bridge over the train yard to get the higher and best position to compose the shot.

This photo was taken at Long Ke Beach in Sai Kung East, Hong Kong.

In a snowy morning on Wednesday, I took this photo at Toronto Pearson International Airport. The same photo was taken last year because the setup of the decorative panels in the waiting hall is eye-catching and stylistic. I was heading to the flight to Hong Kong where I will have a series of site visits, good for me to accomplish some photographic projects to reflect the changing portraits of Hong Kong in my blog.

This afternoon, when I was driving along Warden Avenue in Scarborough, I was attracted by the charming maple on the roadside and decided to pull aside to take a photo of the maple. However, when I saw this young mother holding the hand of her daughter with care and love, I was touched and took this photo！

On Dec 21, 2011, I had a mountain hike and arrived Our Lady of Joy Abbey on Lantao Island in Hong Kong.  At the entrance was a long bridge with dense of plants growth.  The ground was marked with "1960" .  It was already more than 50 years.
