Perfection from Imperfection 缺陷美

《Perfection from Imperfection》: In photography, flare is a light spot in the image which is caused by the reflections of the sunlight within the lens optics. The flare is annoying shape of color patches usually not acceptable in a photo. However, this imperfection may be added in an image making the photo appear peculiar and perfect. This photo was taken at Long Ke Beach in Sai Kung East, Hong Kong.
I followed the trail from West Hill and finally came down to this vast and beautiful beach. While I was using a wide shot to capture the panoramic view of the beach, I found two girls just came out of the distant hill skirt to the beach. Their appearance was just at the right moment to make this solitary beach lively. At the same time, the flare occurred. This annoying color patches of imperfection, on the contrary, added perfection to the usual image - creating a unique mood with colors on a dull background!

《缺陷美》: 在攝影中，耀斑是太陽光線在透鏡中折射造成的光點。通常我們會避免這種惱人的耀斑在照片中出現。然而，這種缺陷可能在照片中添加獨特的效果。這張照片攝於香港西貢東的浪茄灣。當日我沿著西山小路攀行，最後抵達這片廣美麗的海灘。正當我使用廣角鏡頭拍攝海灘的全景之時，我發現兩位女孩剛剛從遙遠的山腳走出海灘。他們的出現正合時宜，使這個本來靜寂的海灘變得生氣盎然。與此同時，耀斑出現了。這種惱人色塊的缺陷，卻相反地為照片添加完美的影象：使本來沉悶的背景添色，營造出一種獨特的氛圍！
