【Photo Journey】《Ancient city in the rain》In travel, it is most despairing to encounter a rainy day. Everywhere is wet and misty. All beautiful scenes seem to be covered by a layer of gauze. Shooting landscape photographs becomes a big challenge. That day I came to an ancient city in Chaozhou, China. It had heavy rain all day. My interest in sightseeing was greatly reduced.
As I had already come, I thought my "photographic eye" would give me sense of observation and inspired my creativity. They should not be affected by any weather conditions. Therefore, "Ancient city in the rain" was the theme. I had captured images that were hard to find in sunny day to reflect my personal feelings and to appreciate the meaning of life.

【光影記行】《雨中古城》出外旅遊，最令人氣洩的是遇到下雨天，到處濕漉漉，陰雨濛濛，美麗的景觀猶似蓋上薄紗，拍攝風景都受到考驗。這天來到廣東潮州古城，天不造美，整天下着大雨。觀光的興趣大打折扣。既然來到，我想到「攝影眼」是不應受天氣環境而影響觀察力和創作靈感。因此，我以「雨中古城」作題材，拍攝晴天難以看到的景像，從中抒發情感，領略一些人生哲理。
