I love to meet every piece of the familiar faces 
That photography is always the medium for our encounter! 


When I think of a place for sunset photography, I recall the waterfront at Pickering, Toronto and Scarborough Bluffs Park, where I will see the sun submerges to the lake water. However, I think of the lust derived from the lovely dyke, beautiful twigs of sparse trees, scattered rocks and pebbles by the shore that gives me the most joy of sunset photography. For this, I have been to Willow Beach at Lake Simcoe four times in recent two weeks. The afterglow and the appearance of the smoky and illusory lake water through my camera lens let me recall my first view of sunrise on Alishan in Taiwan in the 80s. Though sunrise and sunset are two different natural phenomena, their glamour is always the same and appealing. While searching for good shots, I love to see beach visitors whose beautiful silhouettes always touch my heart and make my plain photograph unique and extraordinary. Yet, I love to meet every piece of the familiar faces that photography is always the medium for our encounter!

我喜愛遇見
一張張熟悉的面孔，
攝影
經常成為撮合我們
邂逅的媒介！ 

當我回想拍攝日落的地方，我記得碧固寧、多倫多的和士嘉堡懸崖公園的湖濱，在那裡我可以看到太陽沉沒在湖濱水中。不過，我的慾愛，緣自可愛的堤壩、美麗稀疏的樹枝、岸邊散落的岩石和鵝卵石，譲我享受到日落攝影無限的樂趣。由於這箇原因，最近兩個星期，我去了禪覺湖柳灘四次。通過攝影鏡頭，我看見日落餘輝和煙熏虛幻的湖水，讓我回憶80年代，在台灣阿里山初次觀日的情景。雖然日出和日落是兩種不同的自然現象，它們的魅力始終如一，同具感染力。在我搜尋拍攝佳景之際，我喜見湖灘遊客，他們美麗的身影經常令我心動，讓我平淡的照片變得獨特非凡。然而，我喜愛遇見一張張熟悉的面孔，而攝影經常成為撮合我們邂逅的媒介！
