In the evening ...
The sky turns black. 
On my way home, 
When the traffic lights turn red,
I stop at the crossroad ahead. 
In darkness,
The windscreen displays the road scene in a blur silhouette.

Silhouettes in Yaumatei Fruit Market 油麻地菓欄的剪影

I was born and brought up in Hong Kong and had never been to the Yaumatie Fruit Market, a historical landmark in the area. In 2010 I returned to Hong Kong and made my first visit on 10 March. The structure of the market has hipped roof which is based on the traditional Chinese building style. There were many wholesale stores inside the market.
