A wonderful scene on the road 尋常路上現勝景

Driving along an ordinary road

I feel the morning sun is mild and pleasant

Catching my attention

is a winding trail

Flourishing grass

Small and yellow flowers

Filled both sides of the trail

All enjoying the breeze

                                 With the orchid scent

                                 And bathing in the gentle caress of the sun

A dilapidated hut seen leaning against the end of the trail

Behind the fence is the home of a family

Three and two vigorous old trees

Standing high on the grassland

Bringing shade to the trail

And providing shelter to the passers-by

Glad to see such a wonderful scene in the city

It is always in our busy life

That we inadvertently pass by

And often ignore the beauty around us

That has easily slipped away on our road

Update:  This morning I passed the same place again but found that the hut was changed to a new one.  It is a pity that the outlook of the scene is different and not so impressive as before.   ----1 May 2012

尋常路上現勝景

尋常路上駕車行

早晨的陽光是溫和可人

映入眼簾

是一條彎曲蜿蜒的小徑

芊芊青草

小小黃花

佈滿小徑兩旁

正享受微風呵氣的蘭香

沐浴在陽光溫柔的愛撫

一間殘破的小木屋

靠在小徑的盡頭

旁邊一行蘺芭

背後是深居的人家

三株兩棵蒼勁的老樹

矗立在草地上

給小徑帶來濃蔭

給路人遮風擋雨

在城市中喜見如斯的美景

祇是在繁忙的生活中

不經意地在他們身旁擦過

在尋常路上

忽略了美景常在

讓他們輕易溜走
