【Hong Kong Nostalgia】Plover Cove Reservoir was built in the northeast New Territories, Hong Kong. The main dam extends from Tai Mei Tuk to the Plover Cove, connecting the southern end of two small islands. The dam surrounds the islands blocking seawater and pumping out brackish water to create a reservoir. The reservoir was completed in 1968, becoming the world's largest and is the first reservoir built in the sea.

【Hong Kong Nostalgia】Shing Moon Reservoir was built in 1923. The original 8 villages in the area were moved to Kam Tin, Tai Po and Fanling for resettlement. In 1937, the construction of the reservior was completed with a capacity of three thousand million gallions. It was the largest reservor compared with those in Britain and her other colonies. That was also the year King George V had accession to the throne for 25 years. Therefore, the reservior was also named as "Jubilee Reservior".

【Hong Kong Nostalgia】Aberdeen Reservoir was built in 1890 to provide water supply for the Southern District of Hong Kong Island. Reservoir of Aberdeen includes Upper Reservoir and Lower Reservoir. Reservoir is located in the country parks with hiking trails. It becomes a favorite place for tourists to visit.
