Fall color in rural Ontario 安省郊野顯楓情

I love to drive along the side roads in Ontario. Many of them have already faded out in the process of urbanization. However, they are still the important roads connecting all the small towns in the rural Ontario. The Durham Road 9 is one of the famous side roads that I have visited many times in the past. These side roads have witnessed the prosperity of small towns in their golden days and they eventually become the relics of the urbanization.
This time, I visited the side roads in Simcoe County Highlands, the rural area between Highway 12 in the north of Barrie and Highway 400 in the south. I drove all the way from north to south and eventually reached Highway 400 for the returning journey. I have enjoyed the simple rural scene and found the beautiful spots of the fall for photography.

我喜愛駕車遊覽安省的郊野岔路，它們都是在城市化的過程中逐漸被遺忘，但卻是聯繫郊區荒野的主要道路。其中杜咸九號公路是我往年經常去的郊野岔路。它們過去曾見證小鎮繁盛的風光，現已成為都市化的歷史遺跡。今次再訪「陝高高原」：巴里市以北的12公路與南面400公路之間的郊野岔路，従北向南走經多個小村，我享受田園樸素的景色，也找到深秋的楓影。

These bare trees caught my attention. They looked like a light gauze displaying the maple colors on the distant hills. The green grass, fallen leaves, distant hills and sky were layers of beauty in this  fall scene.

車停在路旁，我被遠處的一列樹木吸引。樹葉已落下，但疏落的樹枝好像薄紗，蓋不了背後遠山的紅楓。前面的綠草、滿地紅葉、遠山和天空，成為有層次的楓景。

The reed moved in the breeze on the road side.  A ragged hut, dark trunks and the green grass were decorating the autumn scenery.

路旁的籚葦隨風微微的搖動，背後一間破屋、深色的樹枝、地上青草都為秋色作點綴。

兩旁紅葉長得高聳入雲，車便顯得渺小了！

These two trunks look strong against the sunlight.  The red maple and the green leaves behind form layers of beautiful patterns in the autumn scene.

路旁的兩棵樹，在背光下樹幹顯得剛勁，紅色楓葉和遠處的樹葉是層次分明的圖案。

I drove to this small town.  The big tree on the road side has flaming leaves and the twigs look clear and lively.

I have visited this place many times for photography.  This time the autumn scene is charming!
