The look of a cross 十架的面貌

I was driving along Steeles Avenue eastbound.  On my left a gorgeous building came into my vision: a church was under construction.  Its shape of the whole building had completed and the eye-catching dome was made with steel bars.  I had my car parked at the nearby local lane.  I had some ideas to take some photos of this building.  I went to the south side of the Steeles Avenue and the distance was just enough to see the panoramic view of the church building.

All the windows had no glasses installed yet and through them the sky and buildings in distant were visible.  The shape of the giant building looks magnificent and that of the interlocking steel bars of the dome is unique.  It presents a picturesque pattern but on further thought, I have a feeling that it resembles the relic of the church destroyed by the atomic bomb dropped in Hiroshima in Japan.  At this moment, I saw another church in distant. Its cross on the tower shone in the sun.  I used this cross as the theme of the photography and this album was therefore made.

我駕車沿著多倫多士刁大道向東行駛，左面有一龐大的建築物影入眼簾，是建築中的大教堂，外殼已完成，用鋼鐵搭成的圓拱形上蓋很耀眼。我將車泊在南面的內街，我有靈感可拍下教堂的外貌做一輯攝影集。我在士刁大道南面的行人道剛好拍到整座教堂的正面。教堂垂直拱形的窗框仍未裝上破璃，可以看到背後的天空和遠處的建築。整座教堂的外殼很有氣勢，但鋼鐵外露拱形的主塔頂看來特別，彎形鋼鐵交疊，富圖案美。但想來又感覺似日本廣島原爆遺下的破壞教堂。這時在扇形拱窗框見到遠處有另一教堂，教堂頂上的十字架在陽光照耀下清淅可見。我便以遠處的教堂十架為主題，拍下這輯照片。

The main part of the church is still open.  The lines of the interlocking steels are artistic within the arched big windows.  The cross of the church is eye-catching in the afternoon sun.

教堂的主要部份仍是通天，彎曲的鋼鐵交叉配以大型的拱窗是美的表現。遠處的十架在下午的陽光顯得份外耀眼。
